Beginning 4–6 months before your wedding, we help refine your plans, finalise your suppliers, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
Whether you need help sourcing vendors, managing your to-do list, or perfecting your wedding day design, we step in wherever you need us most, ensuring your vision comes to life seamlessly.
On your wedding day, we’ll be there to coordinate everything behind the scenes so you can relax and truly enjoy your special day.

During our virtual consultation, we’ll get to know more about you, your love story, and your vision for your wedding day. We’ll also walk you through our process, discuss which of our bespoke packages best suit your needs, and answer any questions you have.
After our consultation, we’ll prepare a bespoke proposal outlining everything we discussed - from your vision and priorities to our recommended services. You’ll have the chance to review and ask any follow-up questions.
Once you’re ready to move forward, you can secure your date by signing our agreement and paying a deposit. From there, you’ll receive access to your private client planning portal where we’ll start mapping out your planning journey.
This is where your vision begins to take shape. Together, we’ll create a detailed design mood board that reflects your style and personality, and source trusted suppliers who align with your budget and aesthetic. Throughout, we handle timelines, logistics, and all the fine details, ensuring the process feels organised, collaborative, stress-free, and enjoyable.
The big day has arrived! All that’s left for you to do is enjoy every magical moment while we handle every detail behind the scenes. From start to finish, we’ll ensure your celebration flows seamlessly - allowing you to be fully present and soak it all in.
