When you have planned your wedding yourself, it’s hard to find someone that will take your vision and execute it how you want. Best coordinator ever! Having Cynthia as my wedding coordinator for the day was the best decision I had ever made!
She was very efficient, had amazing communication and made sure to keep me calm in the last month leading up to the wedding.
When my hairstylist cancelled three days before the wedding, Cynthia found someone else within the hour, showing how quick she works and she knows what she’s doing!! Instead of adding to the stress, she takes it away and makes what could be a disastrous situation into a memorable experience.

Cynthia was superb! We contracted her on her partial planning package, about 8 weeks before our 200 guest wedding.
