Typically begins anywhere from 4-6 months prior to the wedding date.
It’s perfect for couples who have made a head start on their wedding planning (perhaps have booked the venue and confirmed some suppliers) and have an idea of what they want. But in need of professional help along the way with sourcing additional vendors, design creation, long to-do list or tie-up any loose ends.
This is where I come in. I continue with any elements you have started with that may require some further assistance and offer guidance and support with the final details of your wedding. I will help you regardless of what stage you are with your planning and ensure your wedding plans and ideas come together to create your dream wedding.
On the wedding day itself, I’ll be there to manage everything behind the scenes and ensure your day runs seamlessly.
The wedding day management also known as wedding day coordination is perfect for couples who have done all the planning and design of their wedding down to the last details themselves but would like professional help executing their plans on the wedding day and ensure the day runs seamlessly.
Hand over the management of your day to me, and my team and I will ensure the smooth running of every detail allowing you to enjoy every moment of your special day.
I’ll start working with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to coordinate all the final logistics, create a master timeline for your wedding day making sure that everything you have spent months planning is executed exactly as envisioned!

Love our plan? Once you’ve looked through the details and are happy to go ahead with us, all you need to do is secure your date with us by signing a contract and a deposit payment. Once all the paperwork is out of the way, we will get you set up on a private portal with all the details and plans.
During this process, we will work together to bring your vision to life. – with a full design mood-board creation that perfectly reflects your personal style for an unforgettable atmosphere. We’ll work on assembling your dream team of vendors that are a perfect match for you, your vision/style and your budget.
