My husband and I had the wedding day of our dreams – we couldn\u2019t have chosen anyone else to take us on the planning journey!\n\nFrom our initial consultation, we were struck by Cynthia\u2019s warm, positive and calming presence . We also appreciated that she was very transparent with her fee quote and responsive over email and WhatsApp. Her professionalism really stood out to us above the other wedding planners we considered.\n\nThis only continued throughout the wedding planning process. We had a fairly large wedding and wanted a lot of special\/bespoke touches on our day. Both my husband and I are very specific with what we like and love to be all over every detail, which we appreciate could annoy some planners! Due to our busy jobs however we really would have struggled to manage everything and keep to deadlines ourselves. Cynthia kept on top of absolutely everything and she was in touch pretty much everyday with updates on her progress and key deadlines – her organisation skills are unmatched and I still don\u2019t know how she does it whilst remaining so calm and upbeat! She really goes above and beyond to provide a top tier level of service. She has also clearly built very strong connections with a number of vendors in the industry which made us feel so at ease and trusting when it came to speaking with them and negotiating on costs.\n\nOn the day itself, again Cynthia was an absolute dream and we felt as though a friend rather than a \u201cvendor\u201d was with us. She even helped me get into my wedding dress! We didn\u2019t have to worry about a thing and if anything wasn\u2019t going to plan behind the scenes we certainly didn\u2019t know about it. During the process, friends and family commented on how we were surprisingly calm considering we had a wedding fast approaching, which we can only attribute to having Cynthia in our corner.\n\nCynthia understood our vision perfectly, and her experience and contacts within the wedding market allowed her to suggest and identify amazing vendors that were just right for us, many of which we never would have thought of booking (for example, she suggested a Steel Pan Band to incorporate my Caribbean heritage \u2013 it\u2019s the small details such as these which really makes Cynthia stand out as planner!) Cynthia’s excellent working relationship with all of our vendors was noteworthy. She coordinated and handled all the meetings, timelines, and clarification with the vendors, resulting in no issues with any of them. Our venue also had an in-house wedding planner\/coordinator who complimented Cynthia’s work, noting how pleasant it was to work with her.\n\nCynthia went above and beyond on many occasions, including gifting us beautiful ribbons for our bespoke menus which complemented our theme, and cutting these herself! Helping me get into my wedding dress (which was no small feat!) and so much more.\n\nOn the day of the wedding, Cynthia and her team worked seamlessly with the vendors and venue. All in all, this resulted in us being able to enjoy the day without any stress, as we knew everything was handled.
